Der Gemeindeverband SoBZ/KESB Willisau\-Wiggertal bezweckt den Betrieb des Sozialberatungszent\- rums sowie den Betrieb der Kindes\- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde. Das Sozialberatungszentrum ist eine regionale, polyvalente Beratungsstelle und erbringt Dienstleistungen im sozialen Bereich. Ab Januar 2027 wird in Dagmersellen ein zweiter Standort eröffnet.

Unser geschätzter Mitarbeiter geht in die Pension und wir suchen per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine versierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit für die Funktion als

ICT FACHFRAU/\-MANN \| 60 % bzw. 90 % \* --------------------------------------------

Unser IT\-Bereich sorgt für eine leistungsfähige, sichere und benutzerorientierte ICT und damit für einen reibungslosen Arbeitsalltag – im Büro wie im Homeoffice. Das Pensum beträgt 60 %; bei Übernahme der Betreuung der Fachapplikationen 90 %.

* * Hier übernimmst du Verantwortung

* 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support sowie Installation und Wartung von Endgeräten, Microsoft 365 und ICT\-Anwendungen. * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der ICT\-Umgebung inklusive Microsoft 365, IAM, Intune,Netzwerk, Endpoint\-Schutz und Lizenzen. * Mitarbeit bei ICT\-Projekten, Rollouts und Migrationen sowie Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklungvon ICT\-Prozessen. * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT\-Dienstleistern sowie Schulung der Mitarbeitenden; Stell\-vertretung des IT\-Verantwortlichen. Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachapplikationen, insbe\-sondere KLIBnet und KESBweb, inklusive Support, Administration, Schnittstellen und Updates. * * Das bringst du mit

* Ausbildung als ICT\-Fachmann/\-frau EFZ oder Informatiker/\-in EFZ sowie Weiterbildungen im Be\- Systemtechnik, Netzwerk\-Support und Softwareverteilung.

  • Erfahrung im 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support, in der Störungsbehebung und Administration von ICT\-Umgebungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Intune; Fachapplikationen KLIBnet und KESBwebvon Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise mit ändige, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freudean technologischer Weiterentwicklung.
  • Führerausweis ist von Vorteil
