Das Klinikinformationssystem KISIM ist das digitale Rückgrat eines Spitals und Sie halten es am Laufen und entwickeln es weiter. In Zürich suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine ICT Applikationsmanagerin oder einen ICT Applikationsmanager mit Schwerpunkt KISIM im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. Sie betreuen KISIM gemeinsam mit dem Applikations-Team und sind Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln das Klinikinformationssystem KISIM eigenverantwortlich gemeinsam mit dem KISIM-Applikations-Team
  • Sie erarbeiten und bewerten Prozess- und Anforderungsdefinitionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Sie überwachen und pflegen die Schnittstellen zu weiteren Systemen
  • Sie planen und führen Schulungen durch und beraten die Mitarbeitenden bei Anwendungsfragen
  • Sie wirken im Release-Management inklusive Testkonzepten, Lifecycle- und Change-Management mit
  • Sie optimieren interne IT-Betriebsprozesse und nehmen am Pikettdienst teil

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (HF/FH), medizinische Grundausbildung mit hoher IT-Affinität oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Klinikinformationssystemen, idealerweise KISIM, sowie im Applikationsbetrieb und Projektmanagement
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Standards HL7 und DICOM sowie Erfahrung mit Schnittstellenintegrationen
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Parametrisierung von Applikationen
