Die Arca-Personal AG ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Schweiz. Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n ICT-Projektleiter/in. In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Entwicklung eines umfassenden Service- und Kundenmanagements verantwortlich. Sie sollten über umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Service Management verfügen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Projekte umzusetzen.

Region : Bern Anstellungsart : Temporär Pensum: 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung eines umfassenden Serviceportfolios und Definition der Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Definition und Implementierung von Serviceprozessen wie Incident Management und Change Enablement.
  • Erarbeitung eines Rollenmodells inklusive der Verantwortlichkeiten für verschiedene Positionen.
  • Aufbau einer effektiven operativen Governance mit Richtlinien und Eskalationspfaden.
  • Messbarkeit der Servicequalität durch KPIs und Einrichten von Reporting-Strukturen.
  • Organisation und Aufbau eines Service Desks mit Ticketmanagement und Wissensdatenbank.
  • Implementierung technischer Grundlagen inklusive eines Servicemanagement-Tools.
  • Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung durch Kundenfeedback und Auswertung der KPIs.

Dein Profil

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Kundenorganisationen ( ServiceNow).
  • Kenntnisse in Organisations- und Prozessentwicklung sowie kundenorientierten End-to-End-Prozessen.
  • Erfolge in der Transformation und Umsetzung von Konzepten in Organisationen und Prozessen.
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in ServiceNow und weiteren Systemen wie CRM.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Schnittstellen.
  • Fähigkeiten in der Konfliktlösung und im Umgang mit Veränderungen.
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsprüfung und Einhaltung von Geheimhaltungsverpflichtungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
