Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenberatung im Bereich Telekommunikation und Patienten-/ Bewohnerrufsysteme
  • langfristiges Betreuen und Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
  • Selbstständiges Umsetzen von mittleren und grösseren ICT-Projekten
  • Erstellen von Offerten, Verträgen und Abrechnungen
  • Führung von Lieferantenverhandlungen
  • Führung und Unterstützung der ihm direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für Zeit, Budget und Qualität der Projekte
  • Einbringen frischer Ideen, Vorantreiben neuer Technologien und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatikerin EFZ, Telematikerin EFZ oder Elektroinstallateur EFZ mit Weiterbildungen im Bereich Telekomunikation oder eine gleichwertige ICT-Ausbildung
  • Optimal mit Weiterbildungen HF
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im ICT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Telefonie-Plattformen wie z. Bsp. mit Teams, Innovaphone, Ascom sowie Kenntnis im Bereich Netzwerktechnik
  • Selbstständige und Strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit grosser Eigenverantwortung
  • Präsentationsstark und versiert im Umgang mit Entscheidungsträgern
  • Freude an Kommunikation, Organisation und Teamarbeit
  • Lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Pragmatismus
  • Gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
