Ihre Aufgaben Die Sicherheit des Kantons erhöhen: In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie Betriebs- und Engineeringaufgaben im Umfeld der kantonalen Cyber-Security-Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf Firewall, WAF, Proxy, SASE (ZTNA, SWG, CASB), DDI, Remote-Access-Lösungen und Cloud-Integrationen. Spannende Projekte in der Cyber Security Domäne: Als Teil unseres Security Engineering Teams entwickeln und optimieren Sie gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden neue Lösungen, verantworten deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und stellen zusammen mit unseren Partnern den stabilen Betrieb sicher. Service Operations sicherstellen: Die Mitwirkung in der rotierenden Betriebsverantwortung (Incident-, Change- und Problemmanagement) sowie Pikett- und Sondereinsätze zählen ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich und werden in enger kollegialer Zusammenarbeit im Team sichergestellt Security Services zukunftsfähig machen: Sie gestalten Security-Architekturen, Standards und Betriebsmodelle aktiv mit, sichern hohe Qualitäts- und Servicestandards und entwickeln stabile sowie zukunftsfähige Security Services für die kantonale Infrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter. Wissen gezielt erweitern: Wir unterstützen Ihr Entwicklungspotenzial gezielt und fördern Ihre Weiterbildung. Dazu bringen Sie Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie die Bereitschaft mit, sich laufend in weitere Security-Themen einzuarbeiten und Ihr Wissen aktiv zu erweitern. Ihr Profil Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb von Firewall, WAF, Proxy, SASE, DDI, Remote Access und Cloud-Integrationen. Im Solution Engineering entwickeln Sie passgenaue und kundenorientierte Lösungen. Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und kundenorientiert. Mit analytischem Denkvermögen, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und Freude am Wissensaustausch im Team finden Sie souverän passende Antworten. Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über einen höheren Informatik-Abschluss oder eine IT-Grundausbildung mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung. Relevante Security-Zertifizierungen unterstreichen Ihr aktuelles und praxisnahes Fachwissen. Sprache: Sie kommunizieren auf Deutsch sachlich und adressatengerecht und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse. Die Fachterminologie der Cyber- und Informationssicherheit wenden Sie souverän und zielgerichtet an. Einblick in unsere ArbeitIT BS ist der interne Informatikdienstleister des Kantons Basel-Stadt und gehört zum Finanzdepartement. Die Abteilung stellt die Kollaborations- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur für die mobilen und stationären IT-Arbeitsplätze und den dazugehörigen Support bereit. Zusätzlich entwickelt IT BS auch diverse Angebote für die Öffentlichkeit im Bereich eGovernment und Digitalisierung laufend weiter.
