Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du leistest 1st und 2nd Level Support über das gesamte IT Service Portfolio
  • Du nimmst Incidents und Service Requests entgegen und bearbeitest diese zur vollen Kundenzufriedenheit und innerhalb des SLA
  • Du koordinierst Störungen und Anliegen, die nicht im Service Desk gelöst werden können, mit Applikationsverantwortlichen, externen Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Du erfasst und pflegst Knowledge-Base Artikel und Anleitungen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit in der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Supportprozesse und der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Du arbeitest in interessanten Digitalisierungsprojekten mit

Ihr Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Bereich 1st oder 2nd Level Support.
  • Du interessierst dich für IT und Applikationen
  • Du kennst dich mit der Microsoft Produktpalette (Windows 10, Office inkl. Teams und SharePoint) aus
  • Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung und behältst stets den Überblick und einen kühlen Kopf
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch. Französisch und Englisch sind von Vorteil
