ICT Senior System Engineer Wir sind ein menschenfokussiertes, digitales Unternehmen für Smart Building, Security, Cloud, Work Smart und Infrastructure. 2004 gegründet, sind wir mit ca. 90 Mitarbeitenden, darunter 14 Lernende, an vier Standorten in der Schweiz tätig. Deine Aufgaben bei uns: Du übernimmst technische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Systemumgebungen und bist als Responsible Engineer eine zentrale Ansprechperson für deine Kunden Du konzipierst, implementierst und optimierst komplexe Microsoft\-, Cloud\-, On\-Premises\- und Hybrid\-Infrastrukturen Du arbeitest in Projekten eng mit Architektur, Projektleitung und Service Delivery Management zusammen Du führst technische Workshops durch, nimmst Anforderungen auf und übersetzt sie in tragfähige Lösungen Du analysierst und löst komplexe Problemstellungen im 3rd\-Level\- und Engineering\-Umfeld Du setzt anspruchsvolle Changes nach definierten Prozessen um und achtest auf Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance Du unterstützt das Team fachlich, teilst dein Wissen und sorgst für saubere, nachvollziehbare Dokumentation Das bringst du mit: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung in Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du verfügst über relevante Microsoft\-Zertifizierungen (z.B. Azure, Microsoft 365 oder Security) oder bist bereit, diese zu erwerben Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im System Engineering mit und bewegst dich sicher in komplexen Kundenumgebungen Du verstehst dich als Dienstleister aus Leidenschaft und kommunizierst einwandfrei in Deutsch. Zudem verfügst du über gute Englischkenntnisse Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Virtualisierung, Storage und hybriden Infrastrukturen Bodenständigkeit und Motivation zeichnen dich aus und du gehst sehr strukturiert vor.
