Arbeitsort: Liestal Pensum: 60 % Start: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Aufgaben Du bearbeitest Anfragen zur Online-Service-Plattform per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem. Du grenzt Störungen ein, ordnest Anliegen der zuständigen Stelle zu und eröffnest, verfolgst und koordinierst Tickets bei internen Stellen und externen Anbietern. Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Supportdokumentation und wertest wiederkehrende Anliegen aus. Du wirkst bei Projekten der Abteilung mit, insbesondere beim Testen neuer Funktionen und bei der Einführung zusätzlicher Online-Dienstleistungen. Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im ICT-Bereich (z. B. ICT-Fachfrau/ICT-Fachmann EFZ, Informatikerin/Informatiker EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Praktische Erfahrung in der Anwenderbetreuung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Webanwendungen und formularbasierten Online-Prozessen. Analytisches Vorgehen bei der Fehlersuche sowie Geduld und Freude daran, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; von Vorteil sind Erfahrung mit Ticket- oder Formular-Management-Systemen und Kenntnisse der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Geboten werden: ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Wertschätzung, Respekt und Verlässlichkeit die Zusammenarbeit prägen, berufliche und soziale Sicherheit mit soliden Sozialleistungen, ein zentral gelegener Arbeitsort mit komfortablen ÖV-Verbindungen sowie vielfältige Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten und Weiterbildungsangebote.
