Im Zuge des weiteren Teamausbaus sind wir beauftragt, Sie als

ICT Support Specialist

anzusprechen. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie am Standort Bassersdorf massgeblich via Remote-Support die ICT-Infrastrukturen und Netzwerke der Kunden und stellen den Betrieb von On-Premises-, Cloud- sowie hybriden Umgebungen sicher. Sie bearbeiten Supportfälle und Kundenanliegen von 1st bis 3rd Level, überwachen proaktiv die Systemperformance und führen Fehleranalysen durch. Dabei stehen Sie in regelmässigem Austausch mit Ihren Teamkollegen und verantwortlichen Ansprechpersonen auf Kundenseite. Mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und schnellen Reaktionsfähigkeit gewährleisten Sie eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit im Remote-Betrieb und begleiten Change-Management-Prozesse professionell.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Informatik-Ausbildung (EFZ) und bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Systemtechnik und im ICT-Support, vorzugsweise in einem IT-Beratungsunternehmen mit. Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft Produkten sowie Client-, Netzwerk- und Serverlösungen (On-Premises und Cloud), ergänzt durch breites Wissen in Virtualisierung, Cyber Security und Storage zeichnen Sie aus. Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und kundenorientiert, überzeugen durch Kommunikationsstärke und sehr guten Deutsch- sowie Schweizerdeutschkenntnissen.
