En tant que "ICT Workplace Supporter", tu rejoindras une équipe de consultants spécialisés, intervenant auprès de plusieurs clients. Tu fourniras un support utilisateurs N1-N2 et seras impliqué dans divers projets. L'aspect multi-clients de ce rôle offre l'avantage unique d'évoluer dans différents environnements, enrichissant ton expérience tout en assurant un service de qualité. 

 

  • Assurer une résolution rapide des incidents et des demandes d'assistance des utilisateurs sur site client et depuis les locaux de Swisscom, garantissant une satisfaction élevée. 
  • Maintenir et résoudre les problèmes liés aux technologies Microsoft, y compris Windows 10/11, M365 et Active Directory. 
  • Participer à divers projets liés au contexte Workplace des clients, en démontrant flexibilité et expertise technique. 
  • S'impliquer dans une culture d'apprentissage continu, représentative de l'ADN de notre entreprise, pour favoriser le développement personnel et professionnel. 

 

Tes compétences 

 

  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de l'environnement Windows et des postes de travail virtualisés, tels que Citrix et VMware. 
  • Compétence solide dans le support de proximité des utilisateurs, couvrant les niveaux 1 et 2 
  • Capacité à gérer les utilisateurs via Active Directory et à maintenir l'environnement software/hardware. 
  • Bonnes connaissances de Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, Active Directory et Azure AD.  
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et une forte orientation client, avec la capacité de vulgariser des informations techniques. 
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau B2 ou supérieur) à l'écrit et à l'oral. 
  • Adaptabilité et capacité à travailler efficacement dans divers environnements, reflétant l'aspect multi-client du rôle.
