Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der IT-Anliegen der betreuten Organisationseinheiten
  • Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen für Ein- und Austritte
  • Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen, Updates und standardisierten Systemanpassungen
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der betreuten Arbeitsplatzgeräte über deren gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen, Konfigurationen und wiederkehrenden Supportfällen
  • Unterstützung der Anwenderinnen und Anwender bei Fragen zu Arbeitsplatzsystemen und IT-Services
  • Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, Migrationen und weiteren IT-Projekten im Workplace-Umfeld

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, ICT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und Peripheriegeräten
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von IT-Infrastrukturen sowie in der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
