Die Informatikdienste der Stadt Thun (IDT) sind ein zentraler Leistungserbringer der Stadtverwaltung Thun, der Thuner Volksschulen und für Drittleistungsbezüger, wie regionale Gemeinden. Die IDT betreuen und unterhalten heute ca. 4'300 Arbeitsplätze, 280 Server, 4'800 Benutzeraccounts im Bildungsnetz und 800 Benutzeraccounts im Verwaltungsbereich.

ICT\-System\-Engineer (80\-100 %) AD\-, Server\-, Storage Management und Client Virtualisierung

Deine Aufgaben:

Als System\-Engineer im Fachbereich Technik bist du mit neun weiteren Mitarbeitenden für die gesamte Datacenter Infrastruktur zuständig. Deine fachspezifischen Schwerpunkte sind im Wesentlichen:

  • Mitarbeit und Fachverantwortung bei verschiedenen IT\-Projekten sowie bei der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung neuer Services und Technologien
  • Bereitstellen, konfigurieren und Unterhalt von Windows Hyper\-V Cluster Hosts, virtuellen Windows Servern und unseres Active Directory
  • Verantwortlich für den Unterhalt und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Storage\- (NetApp) und Cisco UCS Infrastruktur
  • Mitverantwortlich für die Erweiterung, Optimierung und Administration der virtuellen Desktop\-Infrastruktur in unserem Citrix\-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen
  • Zuständig für die Architektur des Fachbereichs und die Realisierung optimaler, plattformweit abgestimmter Lösungen
  • Definition und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Standards für den zuständigen Fachbereich

Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ) im Bereich Informatik mit Weiterbildung (HF) oder Bachelor\- / Masterdiplom im Bereich Informatik
  • Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Projekt\- oder Teilprojektleitung
  • Fundiertes, praxisorientiertes Wissen in den Bereichen NetApp, Cisco UCS, Virtualisierung (Hyper\-V, Citrix) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft Server Umfeld (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS) erforderlich
  • Methodische, selbständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einwandfreie mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
