Datensicherheit sowie hohe Verfügbarkeit der Anwendungen spielen eine zentrale Rolle - rund um die Uhr. Als Outsourcing-Partner sind wir verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb kritischer IT-Infrastrukturen sowie deren Anwendungen und unterstützen unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen. Als ICT System Engineer betreust du die WAF/IDP-Infrastruktur im sicherheitskritischen Polizeiumfeld.  

Du sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb, unterstützt Projekte und bringst dein Know-how in die Weiterentwicklung unserer WAF/IDP-Systeme ein. 

Deine Rolle ##

  • Design, Implementierung und Konfiguration von Web Application Firewall (WAF) und Identity Provider (IDP) Lösungen
  • Erstellung und Feinabstimmung von Web Application Firewalls und der WAF Rule Engine
  • Integration von Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Faktor-Authentisierung (MFA) und föderierten Identitäten (SAML, OIDC) in die WAM-Infrastruktur
  • Analyse von Security-Logs, Identifikation von Angriffsmustern (False-Positive-Reduktion) und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Service-Management- und Change-Management-Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für Upgrades, Patching und Performance-Optimierung der Systeme in einer Hochverfügbarkeitsumgebung
  • Beratung von Applikationsverantwortlichen und Entwicklern bei der sicheren Anbindung ihrer Dienste sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem SOC (Security Operations Center), sowie externen Partnern

Dein Profil ##

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (HF, FH, Master) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit marktführenden WAF-Lösungen 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Access Management Systemen
  • Expertenkenntnisse in HTTP/S, SSL/TLS (Zertifikatsmanagement), TCP/IP sowie in modernen Authentifizierungsprotokollen (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0)
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schwachstellenanalysen und ein tiefes Verständnis für Web-Technologien (APIs, JSON, REST)
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung, sowie Engagement und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Fähigkeit, in kritischen Situationen ruhig und zielorientiert zu handeln und auch ausserhalb regulärer Arbeitszeiten verfügbar zu sein (z.B. bei Einsätzen oder Störungen)
