Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du verantwortest den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb moderner Workplace Systeme mit Intune, Endpoint Manager und SCCM. Neben der Analyse und Behebung von Störungen wirkst du im Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management mit. Zudem betreust du die interne Copilot Community, entwickelst Use Cases und unterstützt Mitarbeitende bei der erfolgreichen Nutzung von Microsoft Copilot.

Das bringst du mit

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung auf EFZ- oder HF-Stufe sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client Management und Betrieb von Arbeitsplatzsystemen. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Microsoft 365, Erfahrung mit Intune oder SCCM sowie Interesse an Copilot und AI runden dein Profil ab. Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und serviceorientiert und kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch.
