Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Kundenumfeld
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Unterstützung bei Systemmigrationen sowie komplexen IT-Projekten
  • Test und Einführung neuer Software- und Systemlösungen
  • Durchführung von First- und Second-Level-Support-Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Systemtechnik und IT-Infrastrukturumgebungen erforderlich
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Microsoft Serverumgebungen und Virtualisierungstechnologien notwendig
  • Kompetenzen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Freude an direkter Kommunikation
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten wie AzureAD oder Intune wünschenswert
