Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Betreiben, Steuern, Überwachen und Warten von ICT-Services für den operativen Betrieb
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support zur Sicherstellung eines unterbruchfreien Serverbetriebs
  • Patch- und Update-Management der Windows/Linux-Server
  • Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Mitarbeit bei ICT-Projekten
  • Verwaltung von Benutzer-, Gruppen- und Zugriffsrechten für Mitarbeitende und Anwendungen
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Datensicherung
  • Erstellen und Unterhalten von Dokumentationen über beispielsweise Betriebsprozesse, Change-Planung oder Fehleranalysen
  • Mitarbeit im Betrieb von Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure sowie virtualisierten Systemumgebungen

Ihr Profil ##

Sie bringen eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit. Zudem verfügen Sie über:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Betrieb von Windows/Linux-Server-Umgebungen, idealerweise in einem grösseren Unternehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und Exchange Online
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse im Bereich Microsoft Azure
  • Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien, von Vorteil mit VMware
  • Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und diese zuverlässig umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem motivierten ICT-Team
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
