Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un EMS où il fait bon vivre et travailler, dans un cadre idyllique à 7 minutes de la sortie d’autoroute de Monthey et à l’entrée du Valais ?

Les PLUS aux 3 Sapins ? Le taux d’activité le plus bas de suisse pour notre profession soit 39h50 par semaine. L’ambiance chaleureuse et familiale, l’équité, le respect, la prise en charge des résidants\-es et bien plus encore.

Un\-e\-iel Responsable d'animation avec grain de folie entre 80% et 90% et un\-e iel ASE

Vous êtes une perle (ou un perle mais ça ne se dit pas)? Votre contrat vous attend! Vous prendrez la responsabilité d'une équipe jeune (et moins jeune) composée de 3 apprentis\-es et 2 assitants\-es socio\-éducatif\-ves. Vous avez 10 idées à la minute, de la passion, de l'empathie. Alors venez nous rejoindre, pour cela il vous faut seulement (mais quand même impérativement):

\- Le CFC d'Asistant\-e Socio\-Educatif\-ve

\- 2 années d'éxpérience dans un poste similaire

\- Un permis de conduire valable pour faire plein de sorties avec les résidants\-es

\- Etre formateur\-trice en entreprise ou accpeter de le faire dans le 3 mois pour le poste de responsable

\- Avoir de la joie de vivre, de l'humour et de l'amour
