Aufgabengebiet Projektleitung (Projektmanagement) und Fachverantwortung: •Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Realisierung komplexer Tiefbauprojekte im Bereich Infrastrukturanlagen und Anlagebau (z. B. Industriebauten) •Leitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams über alle Projektphasen SIA 31 – 53 •Steuerung und Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten, Budget und Terminen über alle Projektphase •Koordination mit Behörden, Unternehmern und Bauherrschaften •Überprüfung von technischen Konzepten und Details, statischen Berechnungen sowie Ausschreibungs- und Ausführungsunterlagen •Fachliche Unterstützung bez. technischen Fragstellungen in sämtlichen SIA-Phasen Führung und Teamverantwortung: •Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Projektteams •Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in fachspezifischen Themen •Mentoringteam und Weiterentwicklung von Nachwuchsprojektleitern (Projektmanagement) •Sicherstellung eines kollegialen, leistungsorientierten Arbeitsumfeld

Anforderungsprofil Fachkompetenz: •Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen (ETH/FH/BSc/MSc) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Grossprojekte (Tiefbau in Richtung Infrastrukturanlagen und Anlagebau) •Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Tragwerksplanung und Infrastruktur •Fundierte Fachwissen im schweizerischen Normen- und Bauvertragswesen •Erfahrung mit BIM-Methoden und digitalen Planungstools (Dalux) •Unternehmerisches Denken mit hohem Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Sozial- und Führungskompetenzen: •Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren, zu fördern und ergebnisorientiert zu leiten •Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit •Ausgeprägte Führungspersönlichkeit mit klarem Kommunikationsstil und Durchsetzungsvermögen •Hohe Belastbarkeit, Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise •Verhandlungsgeschick und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Behörden
