In dieser spannenden Rolle übernimmst du selbständig die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung und sorgst dafür, dass bei unseren Miet\- und STWEG\-Objekten finanziell alles rund läuft. Von der Erstellung der Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie den Jahresabschlüssen bis hin zum Mahnwesen – du behältst stets den Überblick und arbeitest zuverlässig sowie termingerecht. Mit Jahresabschlüssen von STWEG und Mietliegenschaften kennst du dich bestens aus: du erstellst diese souverän, eigenständig und mit hoher fachlicher Sicherheit. Bei Eignung und persönlichem Interesse kann das Tätigkeitsfeld flexibel um Aufgaben im Treuhandbereich ergänzt werden. Im direkten Kontakt mit Mieter:innen und Eigentümer:innen überzeugst du durch Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und deine lösungsorientierte Art.

Im Zahlen\-Dschungel fühlst du dich zu Hause. Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und trägst vom ersten Tag an zur hohen Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen bei. Zudem bringst du dich aktiv in interne Projekte ein und gestaltest so die Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensgruppe mit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung, idealerweise kennst du dich mit Immotop2 aus
  • Du hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe und liebst selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert und behältst den Überblick im Zahlen\-Dschungel
  • Klare, stilsichere Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache
