Dafür suchen wir eine kontaktstarke, verhandlungssichere und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Eigentümer, Verwaltungen und Immobiliengesellschaften für unser Vermietungskonzept gewinnt. Ihre Aufgaben ● Telefonische und persönliche Akquise von Verwaltungen, Eigentümern und Immobiliengesellschaften ● Identifikation geeigneter Wohnungen und Liegenschaften ● Vereinbarung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Gesprächsterminen ● Präsentation unseres Vermietungskonzepts und des konkreten Nutzens für die Eigentümerschaft ● Klärung der Voraussetzungen für eine ausdrücklich bewilligte möblierte Kurzzeitvermietung ● Selbstständiges Nachfassen bei potenziellen Partnern ● Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks in der Immobilienbranche ● Vollständige Dokumentation aller Kontakte, Gespräche und Verhandlungsstände ● Begleitung der Verhandlungen bis zur rechtsgültigen Unterzeichnung der Vereinbarung Anforderungen ● Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aussendienst, Vertrieb, in der Kaltakquise oder Immobilienvermittlung ● Idealerweise bestehende Kontakte zu Verwaltungen, Eigentümern oder Immobiliengesellschaften ● Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten ● Seriöses, gepflegtes Auftreten ● Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ● Abschlussstärke, Beharrlichkeit und Freude an der Neukundenakquise ● Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil ● Führerausweis Kat.
