Der HEV Zürich ist in der Wirtschaftsregion Zürich eines der führenden Unternehmen, wenn es um die Bewertung von Immobilien geht. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Bewertung/Expertisen suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/einen erfahrene/n Immobilienbewerter/in (m/w) 80 \- 100% Ihre Aufgaben Erstellen von strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Gutachten über den Marktwert von Wohn\-, Gewerbe\- und Spezialliegenschaften Ermittlung und Plausibilisierung des Marktwerts unter Anwendung anerkannter Methoden wie Vergleichs\-, Ertrags\-, Sachwert\- oder hedonischer Bewertung Fachliche Stellungnahmen bei Einsprachen, abweichenden Einschätzungen oder besonderen Fragestellungen Persönliche Beratung von Immobilieneigentümern und \-investoren Erarbeiten von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für den Kauf/Verkauf von Immobilien Ihr Profil eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewerter oder Immobilienbewerter CAS FH Praxiserfahrung im Immobilien\- und Bewertungswesen sehr gute Kenntnisse des Immobilienmarktes betriebswirtschaftliches und steuerrechtliches Know\-how technisches Baufachwissen Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Bewertungssoftware strukturierte, exakte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise belastbar und flexibel Wir bieten Ihnen vielseitige, interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben selbständiges Arbeiten direkten Kundenkontakt ein kleines aufgestelltes Team moderne Infrastruktur attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
