Mit über 40'000 Mitgliedern ist der HEV im Kanton Aargau das Kompetenzzentrum rund um Immobilien und Interessenvertreter von \-, Stockwerk\- und Grundeigentümern. Wir beraten in Rechts\- und Baufragen, bewerten und vermitteln Liegenschaften und bieten Vorlagen, Broschürensowie Literatur zum Thema Immobilien an. Verstärken Sie unser neunköpfiges Bewertungsteam als fachkompetente und integre Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als

Immobilienbewerter/\-in (50\-60%)

Stellenantritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Das bewirken Sie: Sie erstellen selbstständig Markt\- und Mietwertbewertungen für Ein\- und Mehrfamilienhäuser, Wohnungen, Gewerbeliegenschaften und Bauland. Sie verstärken darüber hinaus das Team der Bauberatung, welches sich den unterschiedlichsten baulichen Fragen stellt. Sie repräsentieren den HEV Aargau gegenüber unseren Kunden und beraten diese mit Ihrem Fachwissen.

Das bringen Sie mit: Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Architekt/\-in, Immobilienbewerter/\-in oder Bauleiter/\-in und einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilien\- und/oder Baubranche. Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und effizient. Sie denken kundenorientiert, sind teamfähig und belastbar. Sie sind in Deutsch gewandt in Wort und Schrift. Sie verfügen über den Führerausweis Kategorie B und ein eigenes Fahrzeug.
