Unser Arbeitsort ist Bern und auch die von dir betreuten Immobilien befinden sich in Bern und Umgebung. Wir lieben Immobilien, kurze Entscheidungswege und vor allem Menschen, die lieber machen als lange darüber reden. Für unsere Immobilienbewirtschaftung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mitdenkt, anpackt und Lust hat, gemeinsam mit uns etwas zu erreichen.

WAS DU BEI UNS BEWEGST

  • Selbständige Bewirtschaftung von eigenem Portfolio mit Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum in Bern und Umgebung
  • Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung von Eigentümern, Mietern und Stockwerkeigentümern – freundlich, kompetent und auch dann gelassen, wenns mal brennt
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Vermietungen inklusive Besichtigungen, Verträgen, Abnahmen und Übergaben und Schlussabrechnungen
  • Koordination von Unterhalt, Reparaturen, Sanierungen und Handwerkern
  • Bearbeitung von Schaden\- und Versicherungsfällen
  • Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung: Jahresabschlüsse, Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen für Mieter und Stockwerkeigentümer, Budgetplanungen, Kreditoren/Debitoren
  • Regelmässige Objektkontrollen – denn Immobilien lassen sich bekanntlich nicht nur vom Bürostuhl aus bewirtschaften

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Erfahrung mit Mietliegenschaften, Stockwerkeigentum und Miteigentum
  • Gute Kenntnisse und ein solides Verständnis der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung – Zahlen sollten dich also nicht nervös machen
  • Eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein professionelles, sympathisches Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lust, Gas zu geben und etwas zu bewegen
  • Eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B – unsere Liegenschaften kommen leider nicht zu uns ins Büro
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office
  • Erfahrung mit einer Immobiliensoftware – idealerweise Immotop2
