Die Avalon Swiss Properties AG ist eine unabhängige Schweizer Immobiliengesellschaft mit Fokus auf hochwertige Wohn\- und Mehrfamilienliegenschaften. Wir konzentrieren uns auf den Erwerb, die Entwicklung und die langfristige Bewirtschaftung von hochwertigen Mehrfamilienhäusern und Wohnliegenschaften in der Deutschschweiz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Immobilienbewirtschafter/\-in, der/die die Bewirtschaftung unseres Immobilienportfolios unterstützt und unsere Mieter sowie Liegenschaften professionell betreut.

Aufgaben

  • Bewirtschaftung eines spannenden Portfolios im Rahmen einer klassischen Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Ansprechperson für Mieter/innen, Behörden und Handwerker/innen
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Unterhalts\-, Reparatur\- und Sanierungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung des Mietzinsinkassos
  • Mithilfe/Erstellung von Heiz\- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Regelmässige Kontrolle des baulichen Zustands unserer Liegenschaften vor Ort
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetierung sowie Unterstützung im Reporting zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Bewirtschaftungsprozessen

Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich, vorzugsweise mit eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter/\-in, oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Lösungsorientierte, sympathische Persönlichkeit, die gerne in einem dynamischen Team arbeitet
  • Hohe digitale Affinität und sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und im Einsatz von KI\-Tools
  • Erfahrung mit Garaio REM sowie digitalen Vermietungslösungen ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
