Für unseren Kunden ? ein renommiertes, traditionsreiches Schweizer Grossunternehmen mit modernen Strukturen ? suchen wir zwei motivierte Immobilienprofi-Persönlichkeiten, die unser rund 12-köpfiges Bewirtschaftungsteam in Zürich-West verstärken.

In dieser Rolle bist du das Herzstück des Portfoliomanagements. Du steuerst spannende Geschäfts- und Betriebsimmobilien sowie Wohnobjekte im Wirtschaftsraum Zürich und übernahmst die Regie von A bis Z:

  • Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand ? von der marktkonformen Erst- und Wiedervermietung bis hin zum vorausschauenden Leerstandsmanagement.
  • Als souveräne Eigentümervertretung stehst du im täglichen Austausch mit Mieterschaft, Hauswartung, Handwerksbetrieben und Behörden. Du baust starke Beziehungen auf und löst Anliegen lösungsorientiert.
  • Bei periodischen Begehungen behältst du den Überblick, verfasst professionelle Zustandsbeurteilungen und führst Mieterwechsel sowie Objektübergaben souverän durch.
  • Du betreust (Mit-)Eigentums-Liegenschaften und vertrittst die Interessen des Eigentümers bei Versammlungen und Sitzungen.
  • Du stellst den baulichen und vertraglichen Unterhalt sicher und wirkst aktiv bei spannenden Umbau- und Sanierungsvorhaben mit.

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Immobilienbewirtschaftung (Gewerbe- und Mischportfolios von Vorteil).
  • Ein eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in.
  • Du drückst dich auf Deutsch stilsicher und verhandlungssicher aus (weitere Fremdsprachen sind nicht erforderlich).
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
