Dann könnten wir gut zusammenpassen. Räber Immo ist ein etabliertes Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in AG und fest im Freiamt verwurzelt. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Verstärkung für unser Bewirtschaftungsteam. Ihre Aufgabe Sie führen selbständig ein eigenes Portfolio aus Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum und sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Mieter, Hauswartungen und Handwerker. Von der administrativen und technischen Bewirtschaftung über die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung bis zu Mieterwechseln, Jahresabschlüssen sowie Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen liegt Ihr Portfolio in Ihrer Verantwortung. Auch STWEG\-Versammlungen bereiten Sie vor und führen diese selbständig durch. Was Sie mitbringen Sie haben bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung, arbeiten selbständig und organisiert und schätzen den persönlichen Kontakt mit Menschen. Gute EDV\-Kenntnisse sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Ein eidgenössischer Fachausweis und Erfahrung mit W\&W ImmoTop2 sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Was Sie bei uns erwartet Viel Eigenverantwortung, flexible Arbeitszeiten, Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen, eine moderne digitale Infrastruktur und ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt beim Büro.
