Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine(n) engagierte(n) und interessierte(n) Arbeitskollegen/in als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in 80 \- 100% Immobilienbewirtschafter/in 80 \- 100% Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll Sie bewirtschaften aktiv ein anspruchsvolles und abwechslungsreiches Wohn\- und Gewerbeportfolio. Sie führen Abnahmen und Übergaben von Mietobjekten bei Erstvermietungen und Mieterwechseln durch. Sie betreuen unsere Mieter und Eigentümer persönlich, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Sie stellen den einwandfreien Unterhalt unserer Immobilien sicher. Sie führen periodische Immobilienbegehungen durch und erstellen Zustandsberichte. Sie bearbeiten Mietvertrags\- und Mietzinsänderungen selbstständig und sorgfältig. Sie wirken bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Systeme und Prozesse mit. Ihr Profil – kompetent und kommunikationsstark Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene KV\-Lehre oder eine technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung. Sie besitzen den eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in und bringen mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung mit. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung sowie im Immobilienrecht, insbesondere in OR, ZGB und SchKG. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügen über gute MS Office Kenntnisse; Kenntnisse in RIMO R5 sind von Vorteil. Sie sind kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und teamfähig. Sie überzeugen durch eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten.
