Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dübendorf suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine berufserfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in*80 – 100 %.*

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung eines eigenen Immobilienportfolios über mehrere Standorte hinweg inklusive aktiver Portfolioentwicklung und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Mieterinnen und Mieter sowie externe Partner.
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben, marktkonforme Mietzinsgestaltung sowie Unterhalts\- und Instandhaltungsplanung inkl. Kostenkontrolle.
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Handwerkern, Hauswartungen, Fachplanern und Dienstleistern.
  • Empathische Bearbeitung von Mieteranliegen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eidg. Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung (oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung) sowie ca. 5 – 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung inkl. Führungserfahrung.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • Offene, empathische Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke, hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und professionellem Auftreten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Mietrechts, versierter Umgang mit der MS\-Office\-Palette (GARAIO REM von Vorteil), stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie ein gültiger Führerschein.
