Die Noldin Immobilien AG ist ein Famillienunternehmen mit einem gemischten Immobilien\-Portefeuille im Grossraum Zürich. Wir verwalten hauptsächlich familieneigene Liegenschaften und sind aktiv in der Entwicklung und im Bau neuer Immobilienprojekte. Für die Unterstützung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir ein/e Immobilienbewirtschafter/in 80\-100% (m/w/d).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Bewirtschaftung eines gemischten Portfeuilles mit Schwerpunkt Wohnliegenschaften, aber auch Gewerbe\- und Nebenobjekte
  • Führung eines Bewirtschaftungsteams mit Sachbearbeitung
  • Kontakt mit Mietenden, Handwerkern, Behörden etc.
  • Korrespondenzen aller Art per E\-Mail, brieflich und telefonisch
  • Abnahmen und Übergaben von Mietobjekten bei Mietwechseln
  • Organisation und Realisierung des ordentlichen Unterhalts
  • Kontierung / Kontrolle von Kreditorenrechnungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Koordination und Überwachung des Mietvertragswesens (Änderungen, Anpassungen etc.)
  • Teilnahme an Schlichtungsverhandlungen
  • Betreuung und Abrechnung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Mitarbeitenden der Hauswartung und Reinigung

Sie erfüllen folgende Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Immobilien\-Bewirtschafter/in mit eidg. FA
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Mietrechts
  • Gute bauliche Kenntnisse
  • Adressatengerechte Kommunikation in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Kategorie B
  • Belastbares Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Vernetztes Denken und buchhalterisches Interesse / Flair für Zahlen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Leistungsbereite, engagierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit

Von Vorteil:

  • Kenntnisse der Immobiliensoftware RIMO R5
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse

Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit in einer strukturierten Organisation. Als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in managen Sie Ihr Immobilien\-Portefeuille selbstständig und führen Ihr Zweierteam. Im Rahmen Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie von unserem erfahrenen Bewirtschaftungsteam unterstützt.

Unsere schönen Büroräumlichkeiten befinden sich an zentraler Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Wiedikon. Wir bieten Ihnen eine marktgerechte Entlöhung, eine 40\-Stunden\-Woche bei 100% sowie die Möglichkeit an einem Tag pro Woche im Homeoffice zu arbeiten. Von Vorteil können Sie die Stelle so rasch als möglich antreten, ansonsten nach Vereinbarung.
