Zu unserem Kerngeschäft gehören die Bewirtschaftung von Eigentums\- und Anlageliegenschaften sowie Vermarktung und Verkauf von Immobilien. Per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir aufgrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicklung Verstärkung für unser Team mit einem Pensum bis 80% und Fokus Stockwerkeigentum. Dein Profil Zwingend: Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Themen Guter Umgang mit Menschen Strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien Buchhalterische Kenntnisse Führerausweis Kategorie B Von Vorteil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Grundverständnis für Bau\- und Gebäudetechnik Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Eigentumsgemeinschaften Anwenderkenntnisse in GaraioREM und MS Office Deine Aufgaben Eigenständige Betreuung eines vielseitigen Portfolios Erstellung von Abrechnungen, Budgets und Erneuerungsfonds\-Planungen Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Eigentümerversammlungen Koordination von Unterhalts\- und Sanierungsarbeiten mit Handwerkern und Fachplanern Direkter Austausch mit Eigentümerinnen, Eigentümern und Mietparteien, Unternehmern und Behörden Aufgaben können sich mit der Zeit verschieben oder erweitern und auch Dein Pensum darf mitwachsen.
