Gesamtheitliche Betreuung unserer Bestandsliegenschaften Budget Controlling und Unterhaltsplanung Wiedervermietung/Verhandlung von Mietverträgen Ansprechpartner für unsere Gewerbemieter Abnahme/Übergabe von Mietflächen Besichtigung der Mietflächen mit Interessenten Koordination von kleineren Sanierungsprojekten Flächenoptimierung und Standortanalysen Optimierung der Liegenschaften Performance Umsetzung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und ESG Reporting Was du idealerweise mitbringst Eine Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbranche (z.B. eidg. Fachausweis) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienbewirtschaftung (wird vorausgesetzt) Erfahrung mit Gewerbe\- und Industrieimmobilien und mit dem Immobilienmarkt Strategisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an der Erarbeitung innovativer Lösungsansätze Hohes Mass an selbstständiger und proaktiver Arbeitsweise Sicheres Auftreten und guter Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Erfahrung mit ESG und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und das Interesse, sich in diesem Bereich zu entwickeln IT\-Affinität und gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS\-Office (AbaImmo von Vorteil) Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil Führerausweis Kat.
