In unserem etablierten Immobilien\- und Architekturunternehmen im Zürcher Oberland, bieten wir eine spannende berufliche Herausforderung. Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Bewirtschaftungsteams suchen wir per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbstständige, teamfähige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit für die Position als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Betreuung eines Portfolios im Stockwerkeigentum
  • Koordination der Unterhalts\-, Instandhaltungs\- und Reparaturaufträge
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von STWEG und MEG\-Versammlungen
  • Schriftlichen und persönlichen Austausch mit Eigentümern und externen Partnern
  • Administrative Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Mithilfe bei der Optimierung der Prozesse / Digitalisierung
  • Überprüfung und Verarbeitung von Jahresabschlüssen und Budgets in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Stockwerkeigentum
  • Kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie gewandter Umgang mit MS\-Office 365
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Immobiliensoftware W\&W ImmoTop2
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit, Motivation und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
