Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige administrative und technische Bewirtschaftung vielseitiger Immobilien
  • Vermietung von Wohn\- und Gewerbeobjekten
  • Betreuung von Eigentümerschaft, Mieterschaft, Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und Wohnungsübergaben
  • Koordination von Unterhalts\- und Sanierungsarbeiten sowie Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen

Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Weiterbildung mit Fachausweis oder Ausbildungsbereitschaft
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und IT\-Affinitä
