aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die selbständige bewirtschaftung eines anspruchsvollen portfolios von gewerbeliegenschaften, welche vereinzelt auch wohnungen beinhalten
  • dabei betreuen sie die mieterschaft kompetent und koordinieren sämtliche vermietungsaktivitäten
  • zudem planen und begleiten sie unterhalts-, sanierungs- sowie renovationsarbeiten
  • auch vertreten sie die eigentümerinteressen gegenüber mietern, handwerkern, behörden und externen dienstleistern
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische grundausbildung und bringen mehrjährige erfahrung in der bewirtschaftung von gewerbeliegenschaften mit
  • eine weiterbildung als immobilienbewirtschafterin / immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. fachausweis ist von vorteil, jedoch keine bedingung
  • zudem kommunizieren sie stilsicher in deutscher sprache, weitere sprachkenntnisse in französisch und / oder italienisch sind willkommen, aber keine voraussetzung
  • arbeiten sie gerne eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert vorgehend?
