Unser Kunde aus der Region Limmattal, ein schweizweittätiges Unternehmen mit rund 50 Mitarbeiter im Immobilienbereich, welcher eigene Immobilien betreut, verstärkt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung sein Bewirtschaftungsteam und sucht eine/n eigenständige/n und motivierte/n

Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Selbständige Betreuung von Liegenschaften und Areale
  • Betreuung von Miet- und Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Sicherstellung des Unterhalts
  • Abnahme und Übergabe von den Flächen
  • Erstvermietung und Wiedervermietung von Mietobjekten
  • Kontakt zu Handwerker, Hauswarten und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Korrespondenz und Administration

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder ähnlich
  • Weiterbildung zum Eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter oder in Ausbildung dazu
  • Einige Jahre Erfahrung als Immobilienbewirtschafter
  • Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einem breiten Aufgabengebiet und Gestaltungsfreiheiten
  • Kommunikatives und dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten
  • Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
