Möchtest du mit einem jungen Team im sozial orientierten Genossenschaftsumfeld mitwirken? Unser Kunde ist zentral in der Stadt Zürich gelegen und ötigt Verstärkung. Immobilienbewirtschafterin (w/m/d) mit eidg. Fachausweis in Genossenschaft 70\-80%, Ref. 7258S Aufgabengebiet In dieser spannenden Position bist du für ein Portfolio mit ca. 650 Wohnungen verantwortlich und stellst eine qualitativ hochstehende Bewirtschaftung sicher, in welcher die Dienstleistung an den Genossenschaftern im Zentrum steht. Du bist regelmässig vor Ort bei den Wohnhäusern, welche zentral in der Stadt Zürich gelegen sind. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass das Erscheinungsbild der Gebäude sowie der Umgebung gut ist, bzw. du leitest entsprechende Massnahmen ein, um dies zu optimieren. Für die Genossenschafter hast du stets ein offenes Ohr. Sei es, wenn sie vor Ort zu dir ins Büro kommen oder per Telefon und / oder im schriftlichen Kontakt. Auch bei Renovationen oder Abrissprojekten werden die Genossenschafter umfassend von dir betreut und du stellst sicher, dass zufriedenstellende Anschlusslösungen gefunden werden. Es gibt diverse spannende Projekte, in welchen du dich einbringen darfst. In deinem Arbeitsalltag stehst du in einem engen Austausch mit deinem Team. Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig und profitiert vom Fachwissen der anderen. Deine Stärken und Erfahrungen Folgende Qualifikationen solltest du für diese Stelle vorweisen können: Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. Fachausweis Mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung Interesse an der Arbeit in einer Genossenschaft, idealerweise sogar bereits Erfahrung Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in mündlicher und schriftlicher Form Empathische Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kontakt zu verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern Wenn du zudem ein engagierter Teamplayer bist, dann könnte diese Position sehr gut für dich passen.
