aufgaben

  • sie bewirtschaften ein eigenes portfolio von mit- und stockwerkeigentum ganzheitlich, wobei sie auch versammlungen mit den eigentümern planen und selbständig durchführen
  • die kommunikation mit den wohnungseigentümern, hauswarten, ämtern und handwerkern gehört dabei ebenso zu ihrem vielseitigen aufgabengebiet wie auch das überwachen der liegenschaften auf ihren baulichen zustand
  • der schwerpunkt liegt auf stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften, wobei auch die bewirtschaftung von mietliegenschaften teils dazugehört
  • sie begleiten unterhalts- sowie sanierungsprojekte, holen offerten ein und vergeben aufträge
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 50 und 100% betragen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über mehrjährige berufserfahrung in der bewirtschaftung von liegenschaften, vorzugsweise mit stockwerkeigentum
  • eine weiterbildung zur immobilienbewirtschafterin fa / zum immobilienbewirtschafter fa (oder in ausbildung dazu) ist von vorteil
  • kenntnisse der software rimo r5 sind wünschenswert, werden aber nicht vorausgesetzt
  • bezeichnen sie sich als gut organisierte, kommunikative persönlichkeit mit sozialkompetenz sowie einem gewinnenden auftreten?
