In unserem Familienunternehmen betreuen wir Privat\- sowie Geschäftskunden und bieten unser Fachwissen im Bereich Bewirtschaftung, Verkauf und Beratung an. Unser Angebot stimmen wir individuell auf unsere Kunden ab und erbringen Dienstleistungen in hoher Qualität. Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung sucht unser kleines Team eine/n Liegenschaftsbuchhalter/\-in 40%. Liegenschaftsbuchhalter/in (40%) Ihre Aufgaben Selbständige Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen inkl. Erstellung der Eigentümerabrechnungen und Heiz\-/Nebenkostenabrechnungen. Review der Kreditoren\-Kontierung, Erfassung und Verbuchung der Kreditoren in Garaio\-REM sowie Erstellen der Zahlungsläufe (halbmonatlich / monatlich). Hauswartlöhne: Erstellen der monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Lohnausweisen, Lohnmeldungen, Lohnanpassungen, etc. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von STOWE\-Betriebskostenabrechnungen. Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Verwaltungsaufgaben wie Stammdatenpflege, beantworten von Mieterfragen, Vertragsmanagement, etc. Das bringen Sie mit Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung als Liegenschaftsbuchhalter/\-in und/oder im Treuhandbereich. Weiterbildung und/oder Studienabschluss im Bereich Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil. Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Garaio\-REM von Vorteil. Das bieten wir Ein familiäres und unterstützendes Arbeitsumfeld in einem kleinen Team. Flexibilität bei allfälliger Mutterschaft oder Vaterschaft betreffend Arbeitspensum. Kompetente Ansprechpartner und Coaching bei fachlichen Fragen oder Unsicherheiten.
