ConfiTax ist ein modernes und kundenorientiertes Treuhandunternehmen mit Fokus auf persönliche Beratung, hohe Qualität und nachhaltige Lösungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Immobilienbuchhalter/in mit mindestens 3 Jahren Praxiserfahrung. Stellenprozent: 50-70% Basel (Region Basel) Stellenantritt: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Aufgaben • Sie unterstützen mit Ihrem fundierten Fachwissen den/die Teamleiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung und führen mit die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen. • Sie betreuen neben der Finanzbuchhaltung (Monats-, Jahresabschlüsse) auch die Debitoren- sowie Kreditorenadministration und erstellen Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen. • Sie stehen in täglichem Kontakt mit unseren geschätzten Hauseigentümern, Stockwerkeigentümern, Mietern, Hauswarten und Handwerkern.

Qualifikation • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung • Weiterbildung im Immobilienbuchhaltung • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienwesen in der Schweiz • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen, • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch von Vorteil)
