Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Verbuchung des laufenden Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Abstimmung von Konten
  • Führung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen buchhalterischen und administrativen Aufgaben im Immobilienbereich

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz- oder Immobilienbereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Routine in der selbständigen Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von Rimo 5
  • Selbständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Diskrete, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
