Der Hauseigentümerverband Zürich ist ein seit 1886 bestehendes, mittelgrosses Unternehmen mit Sitz in der Stadt Zürich. Rund 90 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich täglich für ein umfassendes Dienstleistungsangebot in den Bereichen Immobilienbewirtschaftung, Verkauf, Bewertung, Baumanagement und Rechtsberatung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Buchhaltungsteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Immobilienbuchhalterin / Immobilienbuchhalter (80 % \- 100 %) Das erwartet Sie Selbständiges Führen von Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen Erstellen von Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie ausseramtlichen Abrechnungen Erstellen der jährlichen Nebenkostenabrechnungen MWST\-Abrechnungen Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung Mahn\- und Inkassowesen Buchhalterische Unterstützung der Immobilienbewirtschafter Mithilfe bei übergeordneten Aufgaben je nach Erfahrung weitere Aufgaben, beispielsweise im Bereich Lohnadministration oder bei Spezialthemen Das bringen Sie mit Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig, behalten auch bei mehreren Pendenzen den Überblick und schätzen gleichzeitig den Austausch im Team. Idealerweise bringen Sie Folgendes mit: kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, von Vorteil in der Immobilienbranche Freude an Zahlen und eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office Erfahrung mit einer Immobilien\- oder Buchhaltungssoftware; Kenntnisse in Garaio REM sind ein Plus sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse eine offene, teamorientierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit Darauf können Sie sich freuen Wir bieten Ihnen eine vielseitige Stelle mit viel Eigenverantwortung in einem kollegialen und erfahrenen Team.
