  • Selbstständige Führung der Buchhaltung für Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften
  • Führung der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Kontenabstimmungen und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Erstellung von \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellung der Jahresabrechnungen für Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetierungen und Finanzplanungen

Immobilienbewirtschaftung

  • Selbstständige Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum
  • Organisation und Koordination von Unterhalts\- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Mieter\- und Eigentümeranliegen
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Administrative Betreuung der Liegenschaften

So überzeugen Sie uns

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung und/oder Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Stockwerkeigentum von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Schweizer Mietrecht und Stockwerkeigentumsrecht von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Rimo R5 Immobilienbewirtschaftungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Kundenorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
