Unser Kunde in der Region Basel ist ein angesehenes Immobilienunternehmen, das ein umfangreiches Portfolio an Wohn- und Gewerbeliegenschaften professionell verwaltet. Das Ziel des Unternehmens ist es, Immobilienwerte nachhaltig zu sichern und zu steigern sowie Eigentümern und Mietern einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten. Zur Verstärkung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • In der Funktion als Verantwortliche/r für die Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Organisation der gesamten Buchhaltungsprozesse im Immobilienbereich.
  • Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die korrekte Verbuchung aller immobilienbezogenen Geschäftsvorfälle zu gewährleisten. Sie erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse für Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften (STWEG) und Mietliegenschaften und sind für die Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung zuständig.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und das Reporting.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Prüfer optimieren Sie die bestehenden Prozesse und führen effiziente Buchhaltungs- und Berichtssysteme ein.
  • Ihre enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Facility Management, Controlling und der Rechtsabteilung ermöglicht es Ihnen, die jährlichen Heiz- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen präzise zu erstellen und die Qualität der Dienstleistungen unseres Auftraggebers zu sichern.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung (z. B. eidgenössischer Fachausweis Buchhalter/in oder Treuhandexperte/in). Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung oder Immobilienverwaltung mit und verfügen über Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und Immobilienrecht sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Ihre strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Zudem haben Sie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Buchhaltungssoftware (idealerweise Quorum) sowie in MS Office.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab.
