Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung eines Portfolios von Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von Heiz-, Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Führung von Sollstellungen sowie Durchführung von Mahnläufen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Eigentümer, Stockwerkeigentümer und Mieter bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem kleinen eingespielten Team und Mitwirkung an effizienten Abläufen

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Immobiliensoftware (Immotop2 von Vorteil)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähige und belastbare Person mit klarer Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
