immobilienbuchhalterin, teilzeit 20% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die liegenschaftenbuchhaltungen von immobilienbewirtschaftungsmandaten selbständig
  • zudem erstellen sie die heiz- und nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • abschliessend kontrollieren sie die kontierten kreditoren und lösen die zahlungen aus
  • das arbeitspensum beträgt 20%, 1 tag oder 2 halbe tage möglich

anforderungen

  • solide berufserfahrung in der immobilienbuchhaltung ist erforderlich
  • idealerweise konnten sie bereits mit der immobiliensoftware rimo r5 arbeiten, dies ist jedoch auch keine voraussetzung
  • bezeichnen sie sich zudem als gut organisiert, aufgeschlossen sowie kooperativ?
