Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir schweizweit nach Vereinbarung eine/n Immobilienexpertin/Immobilienexperte mit Bewertungskompetenz 100%

Ihre Aufgabengebiete

* Durchführung professioneller Immobilienbewertungen und fundierter Wertanalysen mit Fokus auf selbstbewohntes Wohneigentum

* Akquisition von neuen Verkaufsmandaten

* Vermarktung von Dienstleistungen sowie Cross\-Selling

* Beratungen rund ums Thema Grundeigentum

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienberatung, \-bewertung oder \-vermarktung (keine Quereinsteiger)

* Fundierte fachspezifische Aus\- oder Weiterbildung, beispielsweise:

+ Fachausweis in der Immobilienbranche

+ CAS Immobilienbewertung

+ Betriebsökonomische Ausbildung mit Vertiefung Immobilien

+ Ausbildung im Bereich Finance mit Bezug zur Immobilienbranche

+ vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit hedonischen Bewertungstools wie Wüest Partner oder IAZI

* Ausgeprägte Beratungs\-, Akquisitions\- und Abschlussstärke

* Kommunikative, organisationsstarke und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit

* Verlässliche, selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sprachen: Deutsch (Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil)

* Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Region

* Führerausweis Kat. B, eigenes Auto notwendig
