Die Eiche Immobilien GmbH ist ein wachsendes Immobilienunternehmen mit Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt in der Nordwestschweiz. Wir begleiten Eigentümer professionell bei der Vermarktung und dem Verkauf ihrer Immobilien.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit aus der Immobilienbranche, die idealerweise bereits als Immobilienmakler/in tätig war und den Immobilienmarkt kennt.

Sie bringen Erfahrung mit, haben Freude an der Akquise und möchten eigenverantwortlich sowie erfolgsorientiert arbeiten? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Akquise von Immobilien und Verkaufsmandaten in der Nordwestschweiz
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen Netzwerks
  • Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung von Immobilieneigentümern und Kaufinteressenten
  • Durchführung und Koordination von Besichtigungen
  • Führung von Verkaufs\- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Immobilieninseraten und Verkaufsunterlagen
  • Aktive Vermarktung der akquirierten Immobilien
  • Begleitung der Eigentümer und Kaufinteressenten vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Verkaufsabschluss
  • Beobachtung und Einschätzung des regionalen Immobilienmarktes

Ihr Profil

Für diese Position suchen wir gezielt eine Persönlichkeit, die bereits Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche mitbringt.

Idealerweise verfügen Sie über:

  • Erfahrung im Immobiliensektor
  • Berufserfahrung als Immobilienmakler/in bzw. in der Akquise und Vermittlung von Immobilien von grossem Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Immobilienmarktes in der Nordwestschweiz
  • Ein bestehendes regionales Netzwerk ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs\- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sicheres, professionelles und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Freude an der Akquise und am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und eigenes Fahrzeug

Vergütungsmodell

Die Tätigkeit erfolgt ohne Fixlohn und auf Erfolgsbasis.

Sie akquirieren eigenständig Immobilienmandate in der Nordwestschweiz und begleiten diese bis zum erfolgreichen Verkauf. Bei einem erfolgreichen Abschluss werden Sie entsprechend am erzielten Erfolg beteiligt.

Die Position eignet sich insbesondere für erfahrene, verkaufsstarke und unternehmerisch denkende Immobilienprofis, die eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und ihr Einkommen durch ihre persönliche Leistung aktiv mitgestalten möchten.
