In dieser spannenden Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Ihren Erfolg:

Sie bauen Ihr eigenes Kundenportfolio auf, führen selbständig Verkaufsverhandlungen und begleiten Ihre Kundinnen und Kunden bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss beim Notar.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Akquise und Aufbau von Neukundenbeziehungen
  • Beratung und Begleitung während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Objektbesichtigungen und Verkaufsverhandlungen
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung der Verkäufe bis zur Beurkundung

Ihr Profil

  • Verkaufstalent mit ausgeprägtem Erfolgswillen
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Abschlussstärke und Ehrgeiz
  • Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung und Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft von Montag bis Samstag
