Begeistern Sie sich für Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessexzellenz und ein wirkungsvolles Dokumentationsmanagement? In dieser Schlüsselfunktion haben Sie die Möglichkeit, unser globales Integrated Management System (IMS) aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Sie treiben die Harmonisierung unserer Prozesse voran und stellen eine effiziente Dokumentenlenkung über alle SCHURTER Standorte hinweg sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des globalen Integrated Management Systems (IMS) und des Documentation Managements
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen an allen SCHURTER Standorten
  • Förderung der Harmonisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen, Standards und Dokumentationen
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Dokumentationsmanagements und einer effizienten Dokumentenlenkung
  • Koordination von Zertifizierungsaktivitäten und Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Zertifizierungsbereitschaft
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Managementsysteme und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Stakeholdern zur Förderung von Operational Excellence und Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Bereich sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb eines Serienproduktionsumfelds
  • Weiterbildung bzw. Zertifizierung im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement sowie Erfahrung als ISO 9001 Auditor
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagementmethoden wie 8D, APQP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing und Six Sigma
  • Kenntnisse weiterer Normen wie ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 oder ISO 27001 von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentenmanagementsystemen
  • Proaktive, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
