Wir sind ein auf Customer-Care-Dienstleistungen spezialisiertes Unternehmen und unterstützen namhafte Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen bei der professionellen Betreuung ihrer Kundinnen und Kunden. Wir betreuen im Auftrag eines führenden Unternehmens der Telekommunikationsbranche telefonische Kundenanfragen und sind die erste Anlaufstelle für dessen Kundinnen und Kunden.

Du hörst aufmerksam zu, erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und findest auch bei anspruchsvollen Anliegen die passende Lösung? Dann bist du bei uns richtig.

Wir suchen kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt haben und mit Einfühlungsvermögen, Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientiertem Denken zu einem positiven Kundenerlebnis beitragen.

Inbound Contact Center Agent (m/w/d) 80–100 % Sprachen: Deutsch und Italienisch

Deine Aufgaben:

-Du berätst und unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch bei Fragen zu den angebotenen Dienstleistungen -Du analysierst ihre Bedürfnisse und findest passende, lösungsorientierte Antworten -Du unterstützt sie bei der Lösung von Problemen und bei administrativen Anliegen -Du dokumentierst und verwaltest die Kundenkontakte sorgfältig in unseren CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools -Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen und trägst zu einem effizienten Kundenservice bei

Das bringst du mit:

-Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung -Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse; Französisch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil -Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Kundenberatung mit, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung -Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen, insbesondere Telefonie- und CRM-Systemen -Du kommunizierst gerne am Telefon, bist kundenorientiert und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft -Du arbeitest sorgfältig, effizient und selbstständig und gehst Herausforderungen praxis- und lösungsorientiert an -Du bist zuverlässig, pünktlich und professionell und bleibst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen ruhig und freundlich -Du arbeitest gerne im Team und übernimmst Verantwortung

Was du erwarten darfst:

-Ein motiviertes, multikulturelles Team mit flachen Hierarchien und einer wertschätzenden Du-Kultur -Eine umfassende und strukturierte Einarbeitung -Moderne Arbeitsplätze -Anstellungsbedingungen gemäss dem GAV für die Contact- und Callcenter-Branche -Bahn- und Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude -Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 09:00 und 18:00 Uhr -Bruttomonatslohn von CHF 4’200.– bei einem 100%-Pensum, 13-mal jährlich
